Meet Dr. Lacee

A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Lacee Mallard, a naturopathic doctor inspired by my own healing journey after the Western medical system let me down. That experience shaped my practice, blending lab testing and evidence-based approaches with ancient and ancestral wisdom—and a touch of keen intuition. I love guiding patients to feel their very best, lifting them up so they leave feeling like a breath of fresh air has swept through their lives.

My practice is personal because healing is personal. I believe in empowering you to reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom, combining modern science with the timeless power of nature. Whether through bioidentical hormone therapy, personalized diet and lifestyle strategies, or targeted nutraceuticals, my approach is always tailored to you.

Outside the office, I’m just as passionate about connection. My dog Makana, who adopted me during a hike in Hawaii, is my constant companion. I’m a lifelong learner who loves reading, taking daily baths, and working with ancient oils once used by the Egyptians. I’m also on my own womb healing journey and bringing that transformative energy into my work.

If you’re ready for a grounded, intuitive, and deeply supportive partner on your health journey, I’d love to work with you. Let’s open the windows to a healthier, more vibrant you.

What It’s Like to Work with Me

When you work with me, you’re not just getting a doctor—you’re getting a partner who’s fully invested in your health and well-being. My approach is collaborative, empowering, and deeply personalized to meet your unique needs.

Step 1: Understanding You

Our journey begins with a comprehensive health history. I take the time to truly understand your main concerns, ask questions, and provide education where needed. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back from feeling your best.

Step 2: Co-Creating Your Plan

During the same appointment, we’ll discuss recommended labs—like hormone testing, food sensitivity panels, or functional stool tests—and create a treatment plan that works for you. My goal is to meet you where you’re at and ensure the plan feels doable and aligned with your goals. Supplements, Lifestyle adjustments and prescriptions are provided upfront, so you can start your journey right away.

Step 3: Empowerment and Hope

You’ll leave our first session feeling renewed, hopeful, and excited. My mission is to engage you in the process, ensuring you feel understood, empowered, and ready to take control of your health.

Step 4: Continued Support

I don’t just create a plan and leave you to figure it out. After your appointment, you’ll have access to me via text or email for questions or adjustments. A clear, written treatment plan will be provided to keep you on track, and I’ll be in your corner every step of the way.

Step 5: Follow-Up Care

Follow-ups are based on your unique needs—ranging from every three weeks to once a year, with most clients checking in every three months. These sessions help refine your plan and ensure we’re achieving your goals.

With advanced training in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) from Dr. Jonathan Wright, cutting-edge tools like peptide therapies, and a proven track record of helping women feel their best, I’m here to guide you toward lasting vitality.

Let’s work together to uncover your best health. Your transformation starts here.
